Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide and improve the service:

1. Uploaded Images

   • What we collect: Photos and images you upload for processing.
   • Purpose: To create the outpainted result you request and make it available for preview and download.
   • Visibility: Images are private by default and are not published to a public gallery.

2. Account Information

   • What we collect: Your name, email address, login provider information, and other details you provide when creating or managing an account.
   • Purpose: To manage your account, track credits, provide generation access, and support your requests.

3. Usage Details

   • What we collect: Information such as generation settings, task status, credit usage, recent generation history, and limited anti-abuse records.
   • Purpose: To operate the product, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and record generation and credit activity.

4. Payment and Billing Information

   • What we collect: Subscription, order, billing, and payment status information from our payment providers.
   • Purpose: If paid enrollment is enabled, to process subscriptions, renewals, credits, invoices, refunds, and billing support. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

5. Technical Information

   • What we collect: Browser, device, IP-derived metadata, cookies, session data, and logs.
   • Purpose: To keep the service secure, prevent fraud, maintain performance, and improve compatibility.

Image Storage and Retention

• Uploaded images and generated results are stored to make generation, preview, download, and recent history available.
• Uploaded images and generated results are kept for up to 7 days, unless you delete a task earlier.
• Deleting a generation removes its uploaded source and generated result from the service's durable storage. Limited metadata may remain where required for security, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
• Images are private by default and are not added to a public gallery unless a separate sharing feature is explicitly enabled and you choose to share.
• We may keep limited task metadata, billing records, abuse-prevention logs, and support records for longer when needed for security, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve ImgExtender.
• Process image generation requests and return downloadable results.
• Manage accounts and credits. Paid subscription and billing processing will apply only when those features are enabled.
• Send service, security, billing, and support messages.
• Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and protect service integrity. To protect the one-time Free grant, we use privacy-preserving hashes of IP-network, browser, and device signals rather than publishing uploaded images or storing a public activity profile.
• Analyze style usage and product performance in aggregate.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in limited cases:

• With infrastructure, storage, AI model, analytics, email, and payment providers that help operate the service.
• To comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, or enforceable government orders.
• To protect the rights, property, safety, and security of ImgExtender, our users, or others.
• In connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Third-Party Providers

ImgExtender may use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, AI generation, email delivery, analytics, and abuse prevention. Payment providers may be added when paid enrollment is enabled. These providers process data according to their own privacy and security practices. We only share the data needed for them to provide their services.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport, to protect your information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage some information in your account settings or contact us for help.

Children

ImgExtender is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
