Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to ImgExtender. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

ImgExtender provides AI-powered image extension. You upload an image, choose a destination canvas, place and scale the uploaded frame, and request a generated extension around it. The service produces one result at a time.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with reasonable notice when practical.

Accounts

You need an account to use generation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Credits and Generation

• Image generation requires credits. Each image extension costs 5 credits; the cost is shown before submission.
• Free includes a one-time grant of 10 credits. Free results are watermarked and may not be used commercially.
• Pro and Max subscriptions include watermark-free results, commercial-use rights, and priority queue access while the subscription is active.
• Starter credits do not expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable monthly or yearly billing period and do not roll over.
• Available starter credits are used before other available credits. Whether a result is watermarked is determined by your active subscription status, not by the credit record used for a generation.
• Credits are charged only after a generation successfully returns a usable result and that result is saved.
• Failed, empty, canceled, or unavailable generation tasks do not charge credits.
• The server-side credit balance, expiration, cost, and charge record are the source of truth.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans offer monthly and yearly billing periods with plan-specific credit allowances. Plan details are shown on the pricing page when enrollment is available.

• Paid checkout is available for eligible Pro and Max subscriptions. Creating an account alone does not create a charge.
• Upgrades and downgrades are not supported in the initial release.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available until then.
• If a renewal payment fails, paid subscription benefits pause until Stripe confirms a successful renewal.
• Applicable taxes are shown at checkout only where they have been configured and enabled.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, including any rights required by applicable law. Before a refund is issued, we reconcile it against any remaining subscription credits. For support, contact support@imgextender.io with your account email and order details.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the results generated from them. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and transform your images.

You grant ImgExtender the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, store, and deliver your uploaded images and generated results for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated Output and Usage Rights

Free results are for non-commercial use and include a visible watermark. Active Pro and Max subscribers may use their watermark-free generated results commercially, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

AI-generated results may be imperfect, may resemble existing artistic styles, and may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it publicly or commercially.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, private, or non-consensual content.
• Upload sexual content involving minors or any content that violates applicable law.
• Use the service to harass, impersonate, defame, or exploit others.
• Attempt to bypass billing, credit, rate limit, watermark, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Use generated images in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Uploaded images and generated results are private by default and retained for up to 7 days, unless you delete them sooner.

Intellectual Property

ImgExtender, including its interface, code, branding, documentation, and service infrastructure, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse our protected materials except as permitted by these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, create security risk, or cause harm to ImgExtender, our users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, specific artistic quality, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgExtender will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
